Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it at no cost.
Since journals are meant to be written in, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a journal has been opened. Unopened journals may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery.
Posters and stickers are non-exchangeable and non-returnable once dispatched.
